Outer Banks

Summer Palette

without comments

I took this photo a couple of years ago and sort of forgot I had it.  The photo was taken in the Outer Banks in North Carolina during sunset.  The colors were amazing as you can see, and I had to do very little processing out of the camera believe it or not.

Summer Time In The Outer Banks

without comments

Summer time in the North Carolina Outer Banks is absolutely beautiful. The Outer Banks are 200 miles of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina and portions of Virginia. Home to the first English colony and Kitty Hawk, the islands have plenty of history. Dotting the beaches are several large beach houses that overlook the ocean like this one

A Horse of Course

without comments

I heard it said once that every great photographer needs to take a picture of a horse.  Well, I guess this is my attempt at being a great photographer.  This horse is the rare Spanish Mustang and is an endangered species on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
